BBC documentary – Aston Villa and the first Premiership 1992-93
“And the gentlemen over there said “ooh I recognise you” and I thought ooh dear.” What had Miss Aston Villa been up to?
The first part of a short BBC documentary on Villa and the first race for the Premiership title, featuring more boardroom talk than shown in today’s game and finished with Big Ron Atkinson mumbling Frank Sinatra’s My Way at the Birmingham Symphony Hall. Naturally.
